Workshops include energy & body awareness, fear & pain processing, belief reprogramming & ancestral healing as well as lots of time in nature, sauna, playing & connecting with a group of like minded women.

Details

Over three days and two nights you’ll have full access to the 90 acre Lough Mardal, including luxury yurt accommodation, a fully sustainable Lodge, a lake & woodburning sauna.

Each of the yurts sleeps three people and you can choose between a shared double or single bed with a heavy tog duvet, crisp white linen and Donegal tweed woollen blankets. All Yurts have an en suite bathroom beautiful views of the surrounding bogland, lake, mountain and forestry.

Cost: £650 (inclusive of all food, drinks, accommodation, workshops & full access to Lough Mardal retreat centre)
